Our Chargeback Warranty program is two-fold:

1. Advanced Fraud Scrubbing service—dozens of sophisticated filters, including IP to Iban, IP to billing/shipping address, velocity filters, and shared black-lists of customers known for chargeback behavior.

2. Chargeback Guarantee—if a transaction does slip through the fraud filters, and results in a chargeback, you will be reimbursed for the chargedback fees within 30 days!

Talk about putting our money where our mouth is . . . use our fraud scrubbing service, and if a chargeback does occur on any transactions submitted through the system, you don’t face a loss!

The chargeback warranty is not complicated, it’s not obtuse and there aren’t 500 loop-holes where the company would not reimburse you for a chargeback. No, it’s very simple: *ANY & EVERY* chargeback is covered, just as long as it is not merchant fraud (i.e., if you shipped a box of bricks instead of a TV). As long as you are fulfilling your product or service, you will be protected against chargebacks no matter what.
Maximize Transactions:

  • Open up your sales to the international market. Our system is independent of AVS, which we’ve found is not as effective as it should be. If you have been hesitant to capture more international sales due to fraud concerns, now you can expand your market reach with little risk.
  • 98% of transactions are approved across the system. Some merchants see 99% of transactions approved. Visa/MC/AmEx/Discover and all other major cards are covered. eCheck guarantee against bounced checks can be provided as well. Both MoTo and Internet transactions can be protected.
  • Reduce time & money spent manually reviewing your transactions. You have more important jobs to perform, let us take the time and risk out of fraudulent transactions.

How it works:

  • The system can be used automatically from our Gateway, no extra integration is required!
  • If you are using a different gateway, the transaction can be routed first to the service, and then onto whatever other gateway you are using. Please ask your account manager for our list of supported gateways; we can quickly integrate any new providers not already on our list.
  • The customer never sees the service, it is completely transparent. Nor does the service attempt to contact the customer directly during the transaction.

    Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode: This service is offered directly from Visa & Mastercard through our gateway to reduce online fraud; it will help protect the merchant from chargebacks for “FRAUD” codes, which are the most common type of chargebacks with card not present transactions.

        
Fraud Scrubbing: This service can be used in conjunction with Verified by Visa and SecureCode, or by itself. Use our gateway’s internal fraud scrubbing engine, as well as your own rule-sets to monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions.
    dCheck Demand Draft: Use our check processing solution for online transactions instead of eCheck and ACH. With eCheck and ACH, customers have 6 months to issue a simple dispute/chargeback. With our electronic demand draft, after 10 days, the burden of proof is on the customer to prove that fraud occurred, and the regulations are designed to protect the merchant from fraudulent customers.
